What is Truck Bucks?
Truck BucksSM is a rewards program that provides parts and service discounts to drivers through one of the industry’s largest retail distribution networks.
How do I get a Truck Bucks card?
Enroll online here or at a participating retail location. You will be able to choose the card design you want and it will be mailed to you within two weeks. A confirmation email will be sent to you immediately with your membership number so you can begin saving now! Enrolling is free!
Where can I use my Truck Bucks card?
You can use your Trucks Bucks card at any participating Freightliner, Western Star, Thomas Built Buses or DetroitTM locations in the US and Canada. To find your closest retail location, please view our Retailers page.
How do I get discounts on my card?
Discounts are preloaded on the card and are tracked by membership number. Discounts and length of offer will vary so check back often to see what you might need! Your discount at time of purchase will be automatic – no need to carry around coupons!
Can I buy more than one item with the discount.
Each discount will be unique. Some will allow you to use it multiple times while others may be a one-time use. Please refer to the available offers for redemption limits.
Where can I redeem my offers?
Each offer displays the available retailer. Please look for that designation before going to your nearest retail location to redeem your offer.
The website said there were three clutches available on discount yesterday, but today it says there aren’t any. Why is that?
Discounts are based on an expiration date or while supplies last, whichever comes first. So if stock has been depleted an offer will drop out of the system.
How many cards may I have?
You are allowed one card per physical address. You may get a duplicate card with the same membership number for another family member. To request a duplicate card go to My Account.
I lost my card, how do I get a new one?
You can request a new card on your account page on, email or call (844) 878-2525.
I moved and need to change the address and phone number on my card, how do I do that?
Login to My Account. From there, you can make changes to your address, phone number, request a new card, or edit other information.
